After analyzing a project and drawing preliminary layouts​​our team will prepare a precise construction budget to control construction expenses.

Hiring Contractors

During the construction permit process, our project management team will start hiring experienced contractors to comply with the construction process schedule. Our team will schedule contractors for the construction process after submitting construction permit applications and municipality reviewing processes.

Project Scheduling

Each project has to be scheduled based on location, owner criteria, design process, and permit process. Our project management team will schedule the construction process based on project details in accordance with weather conditions and owner financial scheduling.

Construction

Once the right specifications are made, we begin the construction process. During this time, we will maintain regular contact with you to ensure every detail you envisioned is carried out to your complete satisfaction. We are always protecting our client investment with material quality and quantity inspection during contractors’ performance.

We are a registered builder with Tarion Warranty, which provides added security and protection for our clients. Your warranty coverage with Memarchi Green Homes and Tarion begins on the date of possession listed on your Certificate of Completion and Possession from Tarion. Read More…
